AI Quick Actions run premade prompts directly on a node, without the need to type anything. They are convenient and reduce the need to switch between Workflowy and another tool.

> **Note:** AI Actions require a Pro subscription and Workflowy AI to be enabled in the [Settings](/help/settings).

# Use AI Quick Actions

1. Place your cursor on the node that contains the content you want to perform the action on
2. Type `/ai` to see all the quick actions available
3. Pick one

# Available actions

- **AI: Summarize** condenses the selected content.
- **AI: Find tasks** identifies actionable items.
- **AI: Draft an outline** turns source material into a structured outline.
- **AI: Fix grammar & spelling** edits writing while preserving its meaning.
- **AI: Make shorter** creates a more concise version.
