The fastest way from chaos to clarity

I've been using it continually for over a dozen years. I don't know how I would function without it. My entire life is in Workflowy. You could probably rebuild a new me using my outline as input.

The design is pretty simple, but does the job. Practicality and performance are huge! I can write an entire list on a browser, run outside on my phone, and it's there with a super fast sync. It sometimes makes me think, is this really all I need? Time and time again, answer is yes.

I was looking for a simple, easy-to-use note taking solution that provided a bit more functionality compared to Apple Notes, while still being simple compared to solutions like Notion. Workflowy provided the perfect sweet spot.

Cannot think of a better platform. Simple enough to stay focused on the task at hand, complex enough to change if needed. Does not tend to be as much of a "hobby" relative to Notion or Evernote.

If you have ADHD like me, you probably want a tool that works how your brain thinks. You probably don't want a ton of bells and whistles, because those are noisy and make you feel like you're productive, when you're really just wasting time optimizing something that doesn't actually correlate with you getting things done or being productive.

The ease of use is unbelievable. You start with just text in a bullet list and eventually reveal full WF potential - with tags, filtering, Mirrors, and templates.

I’ve tried every tool in the market and the only thing that works for me is @WorkFlowy my brain thinks in bullet points and its the simplest tool I could find without any distraction. Happy paying customer since 10yrs now

I use WorkFlowy for everything - task management, project notes, research - notes of all kinds actually. Every now and then, I am romanced into trying out one of the other note keeping platforms but I always come back to WorkFlowy, it's so clean and focused, it can't be topped.

Workflowy is mindblowing: you can feel it after few hours you have it. After the first trial day I understood I wanted it to be in my routine in the pro version. This new way of taking notes lets me save tons of time and have a clear vision of what I want and need to do for my goals!
