Planning a product launch can sometime seem like a daunting task. There are a million things to do and keep track of and you're never quite sure if you remembered everything.

This fractal board template will help you keep track of everything and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

The first column labeled Details holds all the key information related to the launch.

  • Objective - What the main goal of the launch is
  • Market research - What research you've done prior to the launch
  • Competitive analysis - What your competitors have done in the past
  • Success metrics - How you will measure the success of the campaign
  • Target personas - Who are you targeting with your campaign
  • Messaging & positioning - What key messaging will you use
  • Pricing - Any details about the pricing, discounts, reasoning
  • Channels - Which channels will you use for the campaign

The next four columns help you keep track of the individual tasks related to the launch. Each task card has the title, a tag to mark which channel will be used, and a due date tag.

The tasks move from the Todo column to the Doing column when someone is actively working on them. The task then moves to the Ready column when the deliverables are ready to be used. Finally, the card is moved to the Published/launched column when the assets are finally used or published.
