Sales demos offer an opportunity to learn more about your prospect's needs and goals and how your solution fits into that picture. Going into a sales demo well prepared is essential to wowing your prospect.
This template serves as a dashboard to prepare for a sales demo and makes it easy to keep track of where in the demo you currently are.
This first column has sections to list relevant lead details like their name and what goals and pain points they're hoping your solution will solve for them and their company. There's also a section for pre-demo questions that you can prepare for if your lead generation system prompts users for information before your demo call.
The prompts column features a couple of examples of the prompts you could put here to help the salesperson so they don't have to remember every line of inquiry by memory - or simply if they forget and want to check during the call. You could also swap these out for scripts if that makes sense for your workflowy.
The agenda column provides a space to set the agenda for the demo call. Here, the salesperson can quickly outline the agenda, what the key problems the prospect is facing, and how your product's features align with solving those.
Finally, the next actions column makes it easy for the salesperson to quickly seal the next step with the prospect and continue the process.
The bullet journal template has two main sections, the calendar, and the monthly '⏳ Future' sections.
The calendar - A long list of months with each month containing the days for that month. You'll add your tasks, notes and events under each day.
The future logs - Each month has a '⏳ Future' section that serves as a placeholder for activities that should be completed during that month but do not yet have a specific date.
The monthly log allows you to view all the events for a given month. You create this view by clicking on the bullet for the current month and then clicking on the star ⭐️ to save that view in the left hand sidebar.
The daily log allows you to quickly jump to today and work on the day's tasks and events, and add notes. You create this view by searching for 'Today' in the menu bar and then clicking on the star ⭐️ to save that view in the left hand sidebar.
