Mentions are a simple way to get someone's attention. When you are in a Team Space you can use the @ symbol to mention someone.
When you create a mention, anyone mentioned will receive a notification that they have been mentioned and will be able to see who, mentioned them and when and where in the Team Space.
When you mention someone in a comment, they will receive a notification that they've been mentioned and who mentioned them.
You can mention multiple people at once. You can also mention everyone in a Team Space by using @everyone
Whenever you have any unread mentions, a blue notification dot will appear in the top left of the menu bar if the sidebar is collapsed. If the sidebar is open, you'll see the number of unread mentions.

When you are in 'mentions mode' - where mentions are highlighted and the mention navigation widget is visible in the top right, you have two options to clear mentions - by hovering over the mention and clicking the checkmark icon or clear mentions using the mentions widget.
To clear by hovering over a mention:
Conversations are created anytime a mention is replied to.
You can start conversations as a response to any item in Workflowy or on their own if you don't have a specific item to comment on.
Replies are not sent automatically and no-one can see your reply until you publish it. Unpublished replies are automatically saved as 'Drafts' you can access from the sidebar.
The easiest way to start a conversation is to reply to a mention.

Recent team activity lets you view the last additions and changes any member on your team has made in your Team Space within the last 7 days. You'll also be able to see when the modification was made.
This includes things like: Items added, moved, edited, completed, and mentions made.
A Team Space is a special type of bullet in Workflowy that gives you and your team access to powerful features that make it easy to communicate and collaborate.
Team Space user get access to mentions, conversations, and recent activity.
The simplest way to create a Team Space is to share a bullet that you want to use as your Team Space and then enable on the feature.
Any team member with 'Admin' permissions can add a new member to a Team Space.
