Signing in
By default, Workflowy emails you a one-time code each time you log in. If you'd rather use a password, you can set one in Settings.
Changing your email
You can update your email address from Settings. Workflowy will send a confirmation to your old address before the change takes effect.
Multi-factor authentication
MFA adds a second verification step when you log in, a six-digit code from an authenticator app. Even if someone has your password, they can't get in without it. We recommend Authy or 1Password as your authenticator app.
When setting up MFA you'll be given a set of recovery codes. Save these somewhere safe. If you lose access to your authenticator device, they're the only way back into your account.
You can turn MFA on or off, and view or regenerate your recovery codes, from Settings.
Deleting your account
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Export anything you want to keep before you do it. You'll find the option at the bottom of Settings, and you'll need to confirm via email before the deletion goes through.
