Send text, links, and other content from mobile apps into Workflowy.

Mobile Share To lets you send text or save links from another app on your phone or tablet into Workflowy. Use it when you are reading, browsing, or working somewhere else.

Share to Workflowy

Note: You'll need to install the iOS/iPad or Android app to use Share To.

  1. Open the content you want to save in another mobile app
  2. Open that app's share menu
  3. Choose Workflowy
  4. Confirm the content you want to send
  5. Save it to Workflowy

The captured item is added to an 'Inbox' node in Workflowy so you can review and organize it later.
