AI Actions

Use focused AI commands to transform content in Workflowy.

AI Quick Actions run premade prompts directly on a node, without the need to type anything. They are convenient and reduce the need to switch between Workflowy and another tool.

Note: AI Actions require a Pro subscription and Workflowy AI to be enabled in the Settings.

Use AI Quick Actions

  1. Place your cursor on the node that contains the content you want to perform the action on
  2. Type /ai to see all the quick actions available
  3. Pick one

Available actions

  • AI: Summarize condenses the selected content.
  • AI: Find tasks identifies actionable items.
  • AI: Draft an outline turns source material into a structured outline.
  • AI: Fix grammar & spelling edits writing while preserving its meaning.
  • AI: Make shorter creates a more concise version.
