Todos

Todos add a checkbox to bullets that represent tasks or activities. You can create them from the node menu, the text menu, or a slash command.

Create todos

Slash command: Use the /todo slash command to turn an item into a todo.

Search operator: Use the is:todo search operator to find all todos.

Complete a todo

Select its checkbox to mark it complete. Completed todos remain in your outline until you hide or delete them.

Hide completed todos

You can hide completed items so they do not clutter your current view, then show them again whenever you need them.
